Role & responsibilities :
Lead obstetric care within MatCare, ensuring high-quality services and patient satisfaction.
Provide clinical expertise in the management of obstetric cases, including prenatal care, delivery, and postnatal care.
Supervise and mentor junior obstetricians, nurses, and support staff to ensure adherence to best practices and protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare specialists, including gynecologists, neonatologists, and pediatricians, to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of obstetric services to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Engage in patient education and counseling regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
Foster a culture of patient-centered care, empathy,



and professionalism within the obstetrics department.

Preferred candidate profile : Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an obstetrician, preferably in a hospital or fertility clinic setting.

Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and complicated obstetric cases.
Expertise in obstetric medicine, including prenatal diagnosis, obstetric ultrasound, labor management, and postpartum care.
Robust clinical decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize patient safety and well-being.
Proficient in performing obstetric procedures, including cesarean sections, instrumental deliveries, and obstetric emergencies.
Knowledge of current trends, research, and evidence-based practices in obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine.
