Robust hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Off/Time Management .
Experience with configuration changes, enhancements, data corrections, change requests, and regression testing.




Strong RCA/problem-solving skills for complex functional and data issues.
Good understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and downstream impacts on Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Reporting, and Expense Management .
Experience working with AMS/support partners and external vendors .
Robust understanding of change governance, CAB, ITIL/service management, and release management .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex technical/configuration issues clearly to business stakeholders.
