Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain large-scale enterprise systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of failures.
Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
