About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, concept-driven Copywriter / Creative Strategist to join our Ventures Delhi team.

This is not a content-writing role. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond the copy — understand a business problem, uncover the consumer insight, build a strategic thought, turn it into a powerful creative idea, and bring it to life across formats.

You’ll own briefs end-to-end — from strategy and ideation to copy, presentation, client feedback and execution, with minimal hand-holding.

What You’ll Do
Decode business and communication challenges into sharp strategic insights.
Develop creative territories, campaign platforms and big ideas.
Write across campaigns, films, digital, social, OOH, websites, brand narratives and presentations.
Partner with designers/art directors to turn ideas into compelling work.
Build and present creative/strategy decks to clients.
Contribute to pitches and recent-business opportunities.
Manage multiple briefs while owning quality, timelines and execution.
Collaborate with strategy, design, accounts and production.

What We’re Looking For




5–8 years in advertising, creative, brand communication or a similar environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates robust thinking + exceptional writing.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, ideas, copy and presentation.
Excellent command of language and strong storytelling skills.
Confidence in client-facing conversations and presentations.
Curiosity, cultural awareness and the ability to challenge the obvious.
