Were looking for a data-driven CRM/Growth Marketer who can take ownership of DAU growth, user engagement, retention, and monetization for the NoBrokerHood app.

Key Responsibilities

DAU & User Growth: Analyse user behaviour, identify growth levers, and drive app adoption, engagement and usage.

CRM & Automation: Build and automate targeted campaigns across Push, Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels based on user cohorts and behaviour.

Data & Monetization: Analyse cohorts, funnels, retention and campaign performance to identify monetization opportunities across Home Services, Packers & Movers and other offerings.

App Product Marketing: Drive adoption of key NoBrokerHood features and work with Product, Tech and Data teams to identify and implement growth opportunities.

Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, analyse and optimize campaigns to improve engagement,



conversions and overall user value.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing or a similar role.

Solid understanding of DAU/MAU, retention, user lifecycle and monetization.

Robust analytical and data-handling skills with experience in cohort analysis and campaign optimization.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Robust proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

SQL / Analytics tools will be an added advantage.

Ability to work closely with Product, Tech, Data and Business teams.

Someone who can go beyond campaign execution and use data, CRM and automation to grow NoBrokerHood’s DAU, improve retention and unlock monetization opportunities from the existing user base.
