Accounts : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Female Candidates Only)

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Semi-Qualified Accountant to join our CA firm at Nariman Point. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, audit support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to GST, TDS, and core accounting functions using Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Pass accounting entries in Tally on a daily basis
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Handle purchase, sales, and expense accounting entries
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and Income Tax
GST and TDS working, filing, and compliance support
Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Support internal, statutory, tax, and other audits
Prepare MIS reports, monthly closures, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting




Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Handle additional accounting and finance-related tasks as required

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred)
Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Experience in GST return filing, TDS compliance, and reconciliations
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end closing
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
Experience in audit support and statutory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Strong ethics, professionalism, and ownership mindset

Preferred Skills
Experience in CA firm workplace
Exposure to audit and taxation assignments
Ability to independently manage client accounting work
