Key Responsibilities
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly targets.
Execute all assigned tasks and fulfill reporting requirements, including Daily
Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, and Competition Tracking Reports.
Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments in line with company policies.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ad deployment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and ongoing engagements.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
Key Skills
Experience in digital ad sales with exposure to Newspapers, Radio, T.V, Social Media Platforms
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
