:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Conduct training and development initiatives.
Partner with department heads on manpower planning and workforce management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,281.96 per month
