Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
Monitor attendance and ensure accurate maintenance of attendance records and HRMS/HR software.
Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace setting.
Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management to ensure timely resolution.
Support employee communication regarding HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.
Assist in performance management, employee documentation, and HR-related reporting.




Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure records are updated and confidential.
Handle multiple HR activities simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with different departments and management for smooth execution of HR operations.
Support day-to-day HR operations and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
