Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in mid-level, senior, and leadership hiring. The candidate should be a self-starter who can independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level, senior, and leadership positions.

•⁠ ⁠Primarily handle recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts and Operations.

•⁠ ⁠Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.

•⁠ ⁠Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, role fit, compensation, and career progression.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate interviews, offers,



and joining follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely closures.

Mandatory Requirements⁠
6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
⁠Strong experience in mid-level and leadership hiring.
⁠Proven recruitment experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations roles.
⁠Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is mandatory.
⁠Solid sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn/Naukri search skills.
⁠Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and drive closures.
⁠Robust communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
