Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees across retail stores, warehouse and corporate office, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement each cycle.

Ensure correct calculation of statutory deductions (such as PF, ESIC, qualified tax, TDS and other applicable contributions), and coordinate with Finance for payments and reconciliations.

Manage end-to-end apprentice payroll, ensuring accurate stipend calculation, deductions, and timely payment in line with apprenticeship laws and internal policies. Aligns apprentice pay and advantages with the organisation’s overall compensation strategy while maintaining compliance with government reimbursement schemes such as NAPS/NATS

Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation, payroll and benefits programs.

Generate regular reports and insights (e.g.,



payroll cost by location, overtime trends, incentive payout and ESOP cost/coverage analysis) to guide decision-making and support continuous improvement.

Work with team to create dashboards for management and various businesses and highlight key challenges and improvements

Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and other relevant teams to align compensation, payroll, ESOP and perks practices with talent management strategies.

Communicate compensation, payroll, ESOP and benefits-related information effectively to employees and leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency.
