Hiring: Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from design conceptualisation to site execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling design development, working drawings, vendor coordination, and in office supervision, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed material specifications
Prepare and coordinate complete working drawings for execution
Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution and ensure adherence to drawings
Resolve site-related design and execution challenges proactively
Monitor timelines, workmanship quality, and material usage
Assist in cost control,



value engineering, and BOQ understanding
Act as a bridge between client expectations, design intent, and site execution

Desired Profile
Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
Robust experience in residential & turnkey interior projects
Valuable knowledge of materials, finishes, construction details, and execution practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D(mandatory)
Ability to independently handle projects and teams
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
