Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing and procurement activities for MRO materials, aircraft spares and maintenance-related requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams such as MRO, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores and Finance.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery commitments.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase documentation and sourcing data.
Support cost-saving and vendor-development initiatives.




Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable aviation requirements.
Track pending orders and resolve supply-related issues with vendors.

Required Skills
3 years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Purchasing.
Preferably experience in Airline / Aviation / Aerospace / MRO.
Valuable understanding of MRO materials, aircraft spares or maintenance supplies.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
