Role Description The Senior Power BI & ETL Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, India. The specialist will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for internal teams and startup partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing ETL pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality and consistency across data warehouses and analytics settings. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand business requirements, translate them into data models, and continuously improve reporting and analytics solutions. The specialist will also mentor junior team members, contribute to best practices, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive business insights.
Demonstrated expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Warehousing to design, build, and maintain productive data pipelines.




Proficiency in Data Modeling, including designing scalable schemas and structures to support reporting and self-service analytics.
Advanced skills in Power BI (data visualization, DAX, Power Query) or similar BI tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.
Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and document solutions clearly.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with comfort handling evolving requirements and multiple data sources.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
