Position: Senior Retail Manager

Salary: Negotiable – salary is not a constraint for the right experienced candidate

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory, stock movement and product availability.

Develop robust relationships with retailers, dealers, mechanics and customers.

Handle OEM and aftermarket 2-wheeler spare-parts products.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Lead the retail team and drive business growth.

Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of 2-wheeler spare parts.

Proven experience in retail sales and team management.

Valuable dealer/retailer network in Lucknow and nearby areas preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Robust leadership and business-development abilities.

Candidates with experience in the 2-wheeler spare-parts/automobile aftermarket industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
