Role : Engineer III Sr. Technician Network

Shift: US-Aligned Night Shift , 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Function: Network Operations / NOC

We are looking for a Senior Network Technician / Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7/NOC setting.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot network, routing and switching issues.
Handle incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow/ITIL.
Support Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN, VPN and SD-WAN.
Monitor network performance and identify issues proactively.
Resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
Coordinate with clients, ISPs and internal teams for issue resolution.




Perform network configuration, upgrades and migration activities.
Guide junior team members and handle technical escalations.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Cisco Networking.
Positive understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching.
Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN and SD-WAN.
Experience in NOC / Network Operations / Network Support.
Knowledge of ServiceNow / ITIL / Incident Management.
Exposure to Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet/Palo Alto or similar technologies.
CCNA certification required; CCNP is an advantage.
Valuable communication skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts.
