What you’ll do:
Lead initiatives to inform product strategy and decision-making
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define key metrics and KPIs




Design and implement data collection processes and reporting frameworks
Provide actionable insights from A/B tests, user behaviour analysis, etc.
Mentor and guide a growing team of junior product analysts

Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in analytics within e-commerce, gaming, or edtech, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role
Solid proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI development
Proven ability to translate complex data into explicit, actionable business insights
Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
