MEP Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and approved shop drawings.
Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural and civil teams.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and related building-service installations.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes before and during execution.
Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, vendors and site engineers.
Ensure execution is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor material requirements, installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
Verify contractor work quantities and support billing/measurement checks.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of identified issues.
Monitor MEP work progress against the project schedule.




Ensure proper sleeves, openings, shafts, and service routes are coordinated before civil execution.
Maintain MEP documentation, inspection reports, and progress records.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
Report progress, technical issues and delays to the Project Manager.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of MEP systems in residential/high-rise buildings.
Ability to read and coordinate MEP drawings.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
AutoCAD knowledge required; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
Positive contractor and site coordination skills.
Understanding of testing, commissioning, and quality-control procedures.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Candidates with high-rise residential project experience will be preferred.
