4+ years of experience in Linux and working knowledge of shell scripting/power shell to work on automation initiatives.
Work from office is mandatory (WFH is not available on this position).
Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
Able to handle production issue.
Independently analyze, solve, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Interact with client/onsite counterpart for issue resolution
Able to follow the incident/change/problem management process
Understanding of ITIL Vx.x and its components
