We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical contracting projects, including HVAC systems, piping, fabrication, and heavy machinery installation. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: -
Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end execution of mechanical projects for industrial clients.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparent communication.
Team Coordination: Lead internal engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; foster collaboration across disciplines.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Reporting:



Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
10 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in contracting for industrial clients.
Proven track record in HVAC, piping, fabrication, and heavy machinery installation projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with frequent travel.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
