Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
Collect, receive, label, process, and prepare patient samples for analysis.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Perform daily quality control procedures and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment errors, QC failures, and technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation, including test records, QC records, and equipment maintenance logs.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, infection control practices, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Supervise and guide junior laboratory technicians and other laboratory staff.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT)



and ensure timely reporting of laboratory results.
Coordinate with pathologists, doctors, and other departments regarding laboratory investigations and technical issues.
Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and other laboratory supplies.
Support internal audits, external quality assessment programs, and NABL-related activities.
Ensure patient confidentiality and follow ethical laboratory practices.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
