Job Responsibilities
Minimum 7 relevant years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, application performance, and event management.
Robust hands-on expertise in AppDynamics, including Application Performance Monitoring, End User Monitoring, dashboards, health rules, and business transactions.
Advanced experience with Splunk, including IT Service Intelligence, dashboards, correlation searches, alerts, and service health monitoring.
Robust understanding of AIOps and observability concepts on Splunk & AppDynamics, including event correlation, anomaly detection, service mapping, and proactive issue identification.
Proven experience in analysing logs, metrics, traces, and events to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
Hands-on experience in alert tuning, threshold optimisation,



event deduplication, and noise reduction to improve monitoring effectiveness.
Experience in integrating monitoring platforms with IT service management tools for automated incident creation, assignment, and ticket updates on Helix.
Positive knowledge of monitoring on-premises, cloud, SaaS, databases, middleware, APIs, and customer-facing digital services.
Working knowledge of scripting using Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar technologies to automate monitoring and operational activities.
Ability to lead monitoring improvements, coordinate incident troubleshooting, document operational procedures, and work effectively with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
