Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments/stores. Prepare sales, inventory, attendance, productivity, and performance reports.
Maintain accurate Excel databases and ensure timely data updates. Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, etc.) Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams for corrections. Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required
SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets . Positive analytical and data-management skills. Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
