Roles and Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and build highly available OpenShift clusters across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
Manage full cluster lifecycle activities including installation, upgrades, capacity planning, backup and restore, and decommissioning.
Lead major incident response for OpenShift platforms, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Define and enforce platform standards for multi-tenant workloads, security controls, and CI/CD integration.
Automate cluster operations using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices for provisioning, patching, scaling, and disaster recovery.

Skills Required:
7 to 10 years of relevant infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.




Solid hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in production environments.
Deep understanding of OpenShift platform architecture, cluster administration, and Linux-based operations.
Experience supporting scalable, secure, and highly available container platforms with networking and storage integrations.
Practical experience with automation, CI/CD, and platform tooling used for enterprise OpenShift operations.

Positive to Have:
OpenShift administration certification such as EX280.
Experience with regulated or mission-critical settings.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
