Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote RAM, SSD and related products.
Generate current business opportunities through calling and follow-ups.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain accurate customer and calling data in CRM / Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular sales and calling updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales / Calling.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and qualified telephone communication.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Experience in IT Hardware, RAM, SSD, Computer Accessories or related products will be an advantage.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
