Manage property and land legal due diligence.
Review and verify title deeds, EC, RTC, Khata, approvals and property documents.
Draft and review Sale Deeds, Agreements, MOUs, NOCs and Contracts.
Handle property registrations and documentation.
Manage legal disputes, notices and court matters.
Coordinate with advocates, government authorities and legal consultants.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in real-estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable real-estate laws.
Handle customer legal queries and documentation issues.
Maintain and monitor legal records and case files.
Advise management on property-related legal matters.
Supervise and guide the legal team and junior executives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB),valuable Knowledge of property law and real-estate regulations.
Familiar with Karnataka real-estate and regulations.

Min 10 to 15 years of experience in handling real -estate and property law
