The ESM is responsible for collaborating with the Bancassurance channel partner to achieve business goals in line with AOP Targets. This role involves managing a team of Planners to ensure they meet their targets, driving sales and customer retention, and building strong relationships with bank staff.

Key responsibilities include
Drive Business Development by identifying and executing opportunities within Bancassurance channels.
Execute and implement effective Sales and Customer Retention Strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Foster robust Relationship Management with channel partners to improve collaboration and drive results.
Balance Customer Service excellence with sales acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines to maintain operational integrity.
Support the achievement of assigned targets on a month-on-month basis including persistency targets and hence ensure delivering of measurable results

Duties:





The jobholder will need to engage with RH, SP & other key stakeholders to drive Insurance sales through a combination of Coaching, Training, Field Sales support, and Business Development activities.
