Heliokraft Renewable Solutions is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, convert prospects into customers, and build a robust sales pipeline across residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, emails, digital campaigns, and networking.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable on-grid, off-grid, or hybrid solar solutions.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, ROI/payback calculations, and subsidy details in coordination with the operations team.
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly project and revenue targets.
Maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
Collect KYC documents and agreements and ensure a smooth project handover to the execution team.
Track competitor pricing, market trends, solar subsidies, net-metering regulations, and government policies.




Update the CRM daily and submit weekly sales pipeline and MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable-energy sector.
Solid lead-generation, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Understanding of solar systems, ROI calculations, subsidies, and net-metering processes.
Ability to manage field sales, customer meetings, follow-ups, and targets independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Perks Performance incentive of ₹300 per kW on every closed deal.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
