Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.

Quality &
Technical Control
Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.
Review drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Contractor &
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials and equipment availability.
Ensure contractor work is completed as per agreed scope and schedule.

Project Monitoring &
Reporting
Track daily/weekly work progress.
Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requirements.
Escalate delays,



deviations and critical site issues to the Project Manager.

Safety &
Compliance
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the safety team to identify and address unsafe practices.
Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Measurement &
Billing
Verify work measurements and contractor bills.
Check quantities executed against BOQ and approved scope.
Support cost control and avoid material/work wastage.

Coordination &
Handover
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and MEP teams.
Conduct inspections and ensure snag/defect closure.
Support project completion and handover activities.
