Social Worker – Awareness & Outreach

Location: Western Uttar Pradesh (UP)

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and people-oriented Social Worker to support the organization’s various awareness programs, social initiatives, campaigns, and events.

The candidate will visit colleges, public institutions, and other relevant locations to engage with students, staff, and the community, and help create awareness about the organization’s initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, public institutions, and other locations for awareness programs and campaigns.
Engage with students, staff, and the public to promote the organization’s various initiatives and events.
Deliver straightforward and engaging awareness talks, messages, and presentations.
Communicate information about different social causes, campaigns, and programs organized by the organization.
Interact professionally and respectfully with students, staff, and the public.
Distribute awareness materials and promotional content when required.
Coordinate with the internal team for outreach activities, college visits, and events.
Maintain basic records and reports of visits and activities.




Represent the organization professionally at events and public programs.

Skills Required
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in public speaking and addressing groups.
Comfortable interacting with college students and the general public.
Good proficiency in Hindi and English.
Responsible, presentable, and professional personality.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for outreach programs and events.
Positive attitude with an interest in social work and community engagement.

Preferred Candidate
Master’s in Social Work (MSW), M.A. (Social Work)
Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), B.A. (Social Work)

This is a people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with the community, participating in events, and contributing to meaningful social initiatives. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
