We are looking for a warm, articulate, and solutions-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Head Office team and be the voice of our brands to our customers.
NRole Overview
nTheCustomer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback across our group brands — ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium standard our brands are known for.
NKey Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and qualified manner N
Coordinate with store teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service N
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/tracking system N
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and gather feedback N




Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the relevant department or management N
Assist with outbound communication for promotions, appointment reminders, or customer engagement initiatives N
Maintain a courteous, patient, and brand-appropriate tone in all customer interactions N
Prepare periodic reports on customer queries, complaint trends, and resolution turnaround time N

nRequirements

N
Bachelor's degree in any discipline N
1–3 years of experiencein customer service, preferably in retail, luxury, or hospitality N
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English) N
Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure N
Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and messaging platforms N
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail N
Presentable and qualified demeanor, in line with luxury brand standards N
