We are looking for someone who has done content marketing & link building at scale and can bring robust traction through multiple channels. This role will mean having overall SEO ownership spanning across all websites, planning and delivering outreach campaigns that drive traffic, leads and brand loyalty.
Develop and execute an actionable SEO roadmap that integrates technical, content, and product optimization opportunities
Create, communicate and execute an effective strategy that will significantly increase SEO rankings and organic search traffic
Perform periodic competition mapping for relevant keywords and come up with a plan to ramp up low-performing keywords
Develop and initiate search engine factors to increase visibility via schemas and SMO page factors
Develop and initiate a link acquisition strategy through content generation (guest blogging, reviews, coverage from bloggers) and other campaigns
Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to analyze and optimize website traffic activity, SERP rankings, and lead acquisition metrics
Develop and implement a social media strategy from a “link acquisition, rankings, and traffic” perspective (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn,



relevant forums, questions and answers sites, etc)
Create and/or modify the existing technical architecture to achieve desired growth rates for quality traffic. Build systems to ensure that the entire content is optimized across all platforms (website and mobile) to provide the best user experience
Work closely with internal and external content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies. Coordinate with product, tech and UX teams to align with their key SEO initiatives
Present regular audit and SEO performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reports to the manager
Be an expert in technical SEO in terms of site architecture, SEO best practices, keyword research methodologies, crawlability, and indexability
Showcase deep knowledge in Google Search Algorithm, SERPs & strategies
Continued learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO news and best practices, Google algorithm updates, etc, and proactively research and learn about recent SEO initiatives
Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to update SEO reports
