We are looking for someone who wants to help us build the next generation of search capability at Venture Lift , rather than simply run traditional SEO checklists.

Role Description The SEO AEO Specialist is a full time, remote role. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search performance across major search engines and answer engines.

As a 360° growth partner, our team members often wear multiple hats to ensure client success. This role requires hands-on technical SEO capabilities, a working understanding of website development, and the ability to manage ongoing website maintenance when required.

Qualifications




3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Robust understanding of technical + content SEO
Working knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI-driven search
Comfortable with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush etc
Ability to independently audit websites and convert findings into an actionable roadmap
Ability to perform technical seo on website and has working understanding of website development.
Ability to manage ongoing website maintenance when required.
Solid analytical ability — we care about business outcomes, not vanity reports
Curious and experimental. SEO is changing quickly, and we want someone who keeps learning.
