Casper Technologies is looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our team in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Perform technical SEO audits and fix on-site issues (site speed, meta tags, sitemaps, schema markup, etc.)
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
Track keyword rankings and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices
Manage local SEO (Google My Business, local citations)

Requirements:
Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Positive analytical and reporting skills
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid mode)
