JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, manage SEO performance, and lead a team of SEO professionals. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, website performance, technical SEO, and content optimization while collaborating with content, design, and development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring effective execution of SEO initiatives.
Analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website health and search visibility.
Manage and ensure proper integration of GA4, Google Search Console,



and Google Tag Manager.
Optimize website content, keywords, metadata, and other on-page elements for search performance.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Monitor search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Solid knowledge of SEO tools, website analytics, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
