About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to improve Talent Taskers organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and off-page SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search prospects.
Implement on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URLs, and content optimization.
Perform basic technical SEO audits and identify issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, redirects, and broken links.
Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Find relevant websites and opportunities for quality backlinks and digital PR.
Optimize landing pages and blog content for organic traffic and conversions.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and SEO performance.




Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Analyze competitors and identify content and backlink opportunities.
Work with the content and marketing team to create SEO-focused content.
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Good understanding of Google Search, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
Basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to independently execute SEO tasks and track results.
