Job Title – Service Coordinator

Job Location – CG Road, Ahmedabad
Managing records of supplied DG Sets, Service records of Private clients, AMC & Attendance of respective Service Engineers.
Maintain a record of all complaint reports related to DG sets of HkVA.
Managing records of supplied DG Sets with commissioning & registration to respective OEM.
Creating AMC Offer and send to respective clients & managing records of AMC Visits also send reports to account for submission of invoice.
Creating of OEMD records of Supplied Perkins Engines on monthly basis.
Creating of INDENT/DO for supply of consumable/spares to customers.
Collect and file Online Service Protocol (OSP) update reports for Volvo Penta. File service reports systematically for easy retrival.




Creating of General IOU for respective service engineers twice in a week & keep record.
Ensure timely voucher entries and send to the accounts department for processing.
Preparing of Delivery Challans and ensure proper packing of materials before dispatch. Maintain records of all materials delivered.
Prepare and submit tenders as per guidelines.
Prepare various letters for respective clients of private & Govt. business.
Compile paid service reports and share to accounts for invoicing. Keeping records of service reports with punching & filing.

Edu. Qualification and Skills :
Any graduate with positive communication skills, and proficient in MS Office tools.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
