Position

Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service calls and assign jobs to Service Engineers/Technicians.
Receive customer service requests and understand their requirements.
Schedule service visits and follow up with the concerned Service Engineer.
Maintain records of service calls, job status, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
Follow up on pending and completed service jobs.
Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
Coordinate with the Service Team, customers, and internal departments for smooth service operations.
Ensure timely closure of service complaints.
Maintain proper documentation related to service activities.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager.




Support the Service Team in achieving customer satisfaction and service targets.

Required Skills
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple service requests.
Valuable telephone etiquette.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience

1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.
