Roles Responsibilities:

Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM , HRSD , ITAM , and ITOM .

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and customize applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID servers .
Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and Automationworkflows.
Develop custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API , and platform best practices.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.




Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Managementworkflows.
Configure HRSDto improve employee service experiences.
Build ITOM capabilitiessuch as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ yearshandson ServiceNow development experience.
Solid knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOMmodules.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations , and ServiceNow configurations.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Orchestration
