Role & responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Handle production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning.
Support testing, UAT, releases, and maintain technical documentation.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/engineering experience.




Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform, configuration, security, and data model.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, workflows, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is preferred.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage.
