8+ years hands-on ServiceNow project experience.
Solid enterprise experience in an international corporate workplace.
Advanced ITSM knowledge, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Advanced Service Catalog development.
Strong backend and/or Service Portal development.
Experience with heavily customized ServiceNow environments.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, security, and platform capabilities.

Scripting & Development

~90% of the role is scripting/development.
Expert JavaScript mandatory
Strong ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting
Glide APIs / ServiceNow scripting APIs
Advanced debugging and root-cause analysis
Ability to read, understand, modify, and optimize complex existing code
Solid software engineering and coding practices
PowerShell and/or other scripting languages — highly desirable
