Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production activities during assigned shift as per SOPs.
Ensure proper shift handover and takeover with accurate documentation.
Monitor process parameters and report deviations immediately.
Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling, testing, and approvals.
Ensure use of approved and updated log sheets.
Supervise operators and contract workers during the shift.
Follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Support routine maintenance and work permit compliance.
Make timely ERP/log book entries related to shift activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
Experience in plant or shift operations preferred.
Good understanding of SOPs, safety, and quality systems.
Basic computer and ERP knowledge.
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
