Job Responsibilities
Handle complete shift operations in the production department.
Allocate work and monitor manpower during the shift.
Ensure production targets, quality, and safety are achieved.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
Maintain shift reports and ensure smooth handover to the next shift.
Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related discipline.
2–6 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Experience in machine shop or injection moulding is preferred.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
