Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our commercial project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
Monitor labour productivity and deployment at site.
Assist in planning daily and weekly construction activities.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and documentation.
Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.




Monitor work progress against project schedules and report delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.
Coordinate with the project manager/management and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
25 years of relevant site experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hotel, or large-scale building projects.
Positive knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, drawings, measurements, and basic quantity estimation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Willingness to work at the project site and manage on-ground execution.
