Job Location Surat

Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/automation major with priority) or equivalent

Shift (Job timing) 9:00 AM to 5:30PM (Being in Service, Candidate need to travel as demand in the responsible region even PAN India as per requirement)

Experience

2~3 years service engineer work Experience experience: 1st Priority with service experience in absorption chiller industry, refrigeration industry and 3rd party service company work experience.

2nd Priority with service experience in HVAC industry, Heavy industrial equipment (such as electrical control / building control system / electromechanical device service)

 Fixed (based on interviewnegotiation)

 Variable (based on service activity)

 Others/ Perks/Etc.

Negotiate during interview (Depending upon candidate’s skills and qualification)

Variable – Contract bonus & allowance based on achieved service performance & activity

Work Details & Responsibilities
Do well basic services and achieve service quality & target, promote energy-saving services and EMC, sign AMC and sales of spare parts
Maintain user relationship,



know well the operation condition of every chiller in the responsible area, achieve the positive service satisfaction
Standard machine room build-up, supply standard service to users
User system and application information collection & analysis
Write professional service report (form & Word file) after site service, edit skilled service proposal and communicate with user to promote
Supply training to users, organize CPD training, user summit regularly

Skills required
Positive soft skills (English language, communication, mail writing & proposal edition)
With the related field service engineer’s experience and capability, such as electrical knowledge and analysis ability, know well chiller’s mechanical & electrical knowledge, know well chiller’s working principle and troubleshooting ability
Capable to operate and maintain PLC control system
