Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
Monitor civil, finishing, and other construction works as per project requirements.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team.
Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
Support timely completion of project milestones.
Report site progress and issues to senior management.

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Robust knowledge of residential/commercial construction and finishing works.
Experience in contractor and manpower management.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
