Key Responsibilities
Install medical, pathology, and blood bank instruments at healthcare facilities.
Configure software, calibrate equipment, and perform functional testing.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and part replacements.
Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs using diagnostic tools.
Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to laboratory and medical staff.
Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
Train end-users on equipment handling, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with healthcare specialists, administrators, and vendors.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh for installations and service calls.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Electronics,



Electrical, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering (Mandatory).
ITI (Electronics/Instrumentation) candidates may be considered with relevant experience.
13 years of experience in servicing medical, laboratory, or diagnostic equipment preferred.
Freshers with robust technical aptitude may also apply.
Solid technical knowledge of pathology analyzers, hematology/biochemistry instruments, and blood bank equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Good communication (verbal & written) and customer-handling skills.
High attention to detail and precision in calibration and repairs.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong willingness to travel extensively across the state.
