Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily site activities.
Coordinate with technicians, helpers, vendors, and supervisors.
Ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
Monitor manpower attendance and productivity.
Maintain daily site reports and work records.
Coordinate with clients and resolve site-level issues.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
Report daily progress to management.
Skills Required:
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Site supervision experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple teams and site activities.
Willingness to travel between sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
