Daily Supervision: Monitor day-to-day work, assign tasks to laborers, and manage subcontractors.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules, ensure proper use of protective gear, and remove site hazards.
Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work against blueprints and building plans to meet design standards.
Resource & Material Management: Track inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure workers have required tools.
Progress Reporting: Complete daily logs and report project status to the construction project manager
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
