Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise daily field labor, work execution, and earthwork/concrete/road operations.
Ensure execution matches provided layout drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Track daily raw material usage in office and coordinate stock requirements with the Store Officer.
Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and report progress to the Civil Site Engineer.
Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in HPPWD, PMGSY, road, or hydro projects.
Robust manpower management and site discipline control.
Pay: ₹15,157.06 - ₹30,394.22 per month
